Faculties at IPB understand the importance of effective teaching and learning practices and are competent to apply it in their teaching and IPB has designed a unique Banking Training Program to make the graduates capable to serve in the banking sector in a short span of time. Modern teaching pedagogies used by our faculty includes:
CASE BASED LEARNING

It is an educational approach to training and learning that involves group of students working together to solve problem, complete a task or create a product.
CLASSROOM RESPONSE SYSTEM
CRS is technology that promotes and implements active and cooperative learning. CRS is technique of engaging student’s mind in class.

In this process, a group of individuals with similar interests gather to bring up ideas, solve problems or give comments.
DIAGRAMS & GRAPHS

This involves two – way communications, which enable teacher to make quick adjustments in processes and approaches.
The lecture method is a teacher controlled and information centered approach in which the teacher works as a sole resource in classroom instruction.
The process of working through details of a problem to reach a solution. Problem solving may include mathematical or systematic operations.
This method involves educational games which are designed to help people to learn about certain subjects, expand concepts, reinforce development, understand a historical event or culture, or assist them in learning a skill as they play.
DUMMY BRANCH CONCEPT
It’s a tail made concept where learning is imparted by creating dummy bank branch and then practically showing the routine operations work of a bank on everyday basis.
Practical demonstrations are experienced by students through branch visits which improve their real – world learning.
